As no motor room is required, savings are also achieved by omitting motor room fans, distribution boards, motor room lights and the general finishing work required in conventional elevators, both in shaft width/depth and pit/headroom dimensions.  This fact alone, gives substantial financial benefits.

The M.R.L concept is based on a AC geared or gearless machine located in the lift  shaft, which is controlled by our VVVF speed control, which ensures exceptional riding characteristics and superior levelling. 

The M.R.L concept is fully approved by the S.A Inspection authorities and is presently being supplied in a number of buildings throughout the Republic.

RESCUE DEVICE

All our lifts have a rescue device  which is standard, the rescue device operates when there is a power failure, the lift will automatically re-level to the next floor open the doors let the people out and then shut down.
